Position title: Accounts Payable Specialist Type: Contract To Hire Pay level: $16-$19/hr Location: Deerfield, IL Responsibilities: Process monthly vendor invoices Process weekly expense reports Create, process and maintain subcontractor work orders On-board all employees on current travel policies as well as distribute policies Conduct monthly audits including balancing A/P, auditing T&E (project time & expense packets), and submitting accruals to A/P Manager Qualifications: Associate's degree preferred 1-three years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and background.
