Job DescriptionHAKS has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Architect with a successful track record executing public architectural projects and/or higher education design background. In this position, you will collaborate with our Facilities Design Management and Project Managers to develop appropriate design solutions, provide design support for completion / execution of design concepts, prepare construction documents (drawings, specifications & cost estimates), resolve design issues, analyze design options and execute projects through the construction administration phase of the project.The individual will be working with the project team to complete assignments timely and with great quality to meet our client expectations. Resolves technical/design issues to maintain progress and quality control. Communicates between project team and consultants.
