Executive: VP of Safety Net Transformation - Oakland, California - (Oakland, CA)

In partnership with the National Medicaid team, bring proven models of effective care and coverage for low income populations into Company, and translate Company background serving low income populations to inform policy and practice of federal, state and local governments and the U.S. health sector. Accountable for the development and execution of strategies for serving low income and other underserved individuals in Company and the safety net with integrated clinical and community supports. Lead program-wide efforts to develop and scale safety net initiatives to make demonstrable improvements in population health, and to ensure health access for all in Company communities. Develop and maintain robust, high impact partnerships with community clinics, school-based health centers, public hospitals and social service providers, and manage Company relationships with national safety net organizations.
