(Only QUALIFIED Healthcare Professionals accepted) Laboratory Management/Supervisor - Position description: The Laboratory Supervisor, under the guidance of the Laboratory Department Manager, will supervise department technologists (and technicians, where applicable) and ensure that day to day laboratory operations are in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices. Significant duties include, but are not limited to, fostering a positive workplace environment, modeling professional behavior and driving performance and accountability. The supervisor will address behavioral or performance related issues in a timely manner and escalate issues to the Lab Manager for resolution as needed. The Lab Supervisor will be responsible for technologist adherence to assigned scheduling and maintain appropriate staffing levels to meet laboratory operational needs.
