Position summary: We are seeking a Concierge Director for ClubSports in Freemont, CA. The Concierge Director will lead a team of concierge in the delivery of exceptional member experiences from the moment a member joins, by managing the member on-boarding background throughout the entire member life cycle through the delivery of concierge services. The Concierge Director oversees the Member use intervention program to ensure that we are able to recognize and respond to at-risk member behaviors. The Concierge will oversee the registration of programs and events, and will use programs and events as an opportunity to engage new and at risk members. Major Assignments include: Collaborate closely with the Sales team to seamlessly welcome new members and facilitate their integration into the club.
