Executive: Manager, Finance Compliance - New Haven, Connecticut - (New Haven, CT)

This position is responsible for managing Global Finance Excellence for Compliance within the Global Finance Business Services organization. This individual shall report to the Associate Director, Finance Compliance & OTC GPO. The role will support the definition of the global process design, the service delivery model and the process roadmap for the global Finance Compliance processes. This role is accountable for implementing and managing Finance Compliance global processes and programs across the organization to ensure an effective, efficient and controlled way of operating locally, regionally and globally, across business lines. This individual will partner with broader Finance teams and Business Partners in new program development providing project management support, process design and system capability to achieve enterprise-wide goals.
