Professions: Mechanic Fixed Plant-Night Shift - Aurora, Colorado - (Aurora, CO)

PURPOSE Responsible for maintain plant equipment in a state of readiness. Preforms the appropriate plant production equipment inspections and preventative maintenance. Performs required plant equipment maintenance. Informs supervisor of conditions that could impact production. Prepares all required daily/weekly department operating reports. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to safety policies in all work environments and areas. Schedules and performs preventative maintenance on plan equipment by following the manufactures recommended service intervals and company procedures. Maintains an inventory of regularly required replacement parts. Inspects condition and operation of plant equipment and performs necessary repairs and adjustments. Reports required repairs or other findings to Supervisor. Performs required emergency repairs on production equipment required to address plant breakdowns.
