Job Description4 year degree in engineering field preferred; two year with related skills will be considered 3-5 yrs' background in CMM programming Sound understanding of IATF 16949/ISO 14001 requirementsPrepare Direct Computer Control (D.C.C.) programs for part and fixture layoutsPerform calibration of new/current fixtures and measuring instrumentsMaintain log of calibrated fixtures and calibration due datesMaintain log of calibration qualifications and resultsKeep an up-to-date inventory list of all fixturesPerform minor gage repair and maintenanceParticipate in fixture design meetings to provide insight and suggestions on design improvementsSummarize CMM report and translate results into AIAG format for submission to managementPrepare PPAP, Customer requested
