Responsibilities: Software programming - process of writing and maintaining source code primarily using the Progress platform Use source control for access to the software modules/programs Expertise to unit test completed code Expertise to understand and modify complex code Expertise to understand, maintain and enhance databases Expertise to properly document code changes and new features Expertise to perform in-depth code reviews for team Expertise to mentor team Expertise to lead projects Expertise to supervise the team POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 10+ years related skills Progress programming language and Progress database knowledge .NET/C#, SQL/SQL Server Skills a plus Outstanding communication expertise
