Lead Software Test Engineer Beacon Hill has an opportunity for a Lead Software Test Engineer with our client located near Medina, Ohio. Position: Lead testing teams through all aspects of the program/projects test efforts Implement automation where necessary Provide estimates and lead test planning and integrations with overall development plan Communicate issues, risks and status of activities/assignments Identify, mitigate and lead issues and risks found during testing through resolution Deliver automated solutions where appropriate Monitor and assign work to test analysts and work with other project resources to ensure success of all testing efforts Coach test analysts and ensure deliverables are met Manage defects and interface with cross-functional teams Responsible for test plan execution and ensuring test cases provide complete coverage of qualifications Establish and provide test and quality metrics Qualifications: Knowledge about SDLC and Testing methodologies
