Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Family Law Paralegal to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to attorneys' needs, and work together with clients.Responsibilities:Conduct research, file review to prepare for trial including drafting trial briefs, preparing exhibitsdrafting and reviewing of legal documents and judicial counsel formsReview file, meet with clients to draft declarations, motions, RFO'SMonitor and ensure compliance of documents with the code and court rulesRecord and store client informationAll aspects of discovery---Requirements:5 Years of previous background as a family law paralegal is requiredFamiliarity with legal researchAbility to prioritize and multitaskExcellent written, verbal, and computer skillsDeadline and detail-orientedMust be familiar with all aspects of family law..Expertise to work independentlyAbility to interface, communicate with clients, other professionals (01/11/2018)
