JOB DESCRIPTION: The Community/Property Manager is directly responsible for all aspects of the resident community and services. S/he is responsible for supervision of all teammates associated with the project and their standard of performance. Manages property to ensure efficient and profitable operation. The required functions of the Community Manager are as follows: Provides leadership at the property and maintains an effective position of authority. Assures that the environment of the property reflects the philosophy of the company. Models Mission and Foundations. Projects a professional image in all aspects of work performance, which includes, but is not limited to personal habits, demeanor, and attire. Meets workplace standards on conduct, attendance, etc. Provides high-level of customer service. Demonstrates strong communication expertise and helps ensure communication with residents, community, agencies, owners and teammates. Provides high-level of customer service.
