Our Assistant Store Managers assist the Store Manager in developing teammates who deliver excellent customer service and an overall positive customer background. Our Assistant Store Managers support the overall operation of our retail stores as a complement to the Store Manager in charge or in their absence. They assist in the development, training and mentoring of store teammates to achieve store objectives as well as their individual career goals at O'Reilly Auto Parts.
