General Description/Purpose: The Showroom General Manager will ensure a high-level of service to lead a culture of customer and employee satisfaction in their assigned showroom. The Showroom General Manager does this by providing leadership, direction, and support to Stickley retail showroom employees. The Showroom General Manager will have full profit and loss responsibility for their assigned Stickley retail location.
