Summary: Fast Market is a retail convenience store operator with locations across the United States. The customer service representative is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with teammates within the customer service department. Duties: Provide excellent customer service by Interacting with all customers of store location in a warm and friendly manner. Be a team member within the store. Provides timely and efficient service and transactions to all customers by understanding company product info and promotions. Processes customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures. Conduct various housekeeping duties as assigned such as cleaning facilities as well as helping to maintain the overall appearance of the store location.
