Territory Sales Manager - (Austin, TX)

CHADWELL SUPPLY: Is a family owned Maintenance Supply Company is the maintenance, repair and operations industry and primarily serve Apartment and Multi-Famiy properties by providing a multitude of supplies and professional services. OVERVIEW: The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for all sales activities in assigned territory. This position is Full time Monday- Friday from 8am-5pm and offers a Base Salary between 50k-60k annually and Uncapped Commissions, as well as comprehensive benefits. MIN REQUIREMENTS: • Employee must be a min of eighteen years of age. • Employee must pass all pre-employment, experience investigation, and drug testing. • Employee must be proficient in Ms word, Ms excel, and Outlook. • Employee must have good people skills and be able to effectively communicate with customers, sales personnel, managers and coworkers.
