Job Description1.Proactively establish and maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.2.Develop strong rapport with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.3.Determine customer qualifications and prioritize orders.4.Source components from the internal warehouse, manufacturers or other 3rd party sources as necessary.5.Negotiate price and delivery, calculate margins and quote the client accordingly.6.Ensure all AOG orders are processed on time and according to customer qualifications.7.Send diary of customer shipment reports to the customer as required.8.Report AOG orders same day as shipping.9.Ensure sales and GP targets are achieved or exceeded each period.10.Grow the customer base through effective customer contact.11.Keep accurate records of all communications in the system.12.Follow up on customer quotes.13.Close discrepancies in the system.14.Contact vendors to determine parts pricing and availability.15.Check on the status of an order
