Job DescriptionBusy third party insurance company located in North Scottsdale seeks a dependable employee to join their Accounting Staff. Duties to include preparing, distributing and filing client specific month-end reports, reconciling bank statements, processing client vendor payments, assisting with weekly claims runs and reporting, and assisting with audits. Will also be doing inventory and ordering office supplies, and other administrative and accounting duties as needed. Must have Microsoft excel and QuickBooks background. Perfect candidate will have a positive, upbeat attitude and be a self starter with strong documentation skills and the expertise to follow directions. Full-time, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
