Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis','!*!JOB PURPOSE: Lead the Sales planning process by performing a variety of financial analysis and modeling work to assess financial implications. The Manager must be able to provide insightful actionable analysis and reporting to drive sound business decisions. The Manager will work together with several business partners such as Sales Strategy, Marketing, Merchandising, and Operations.CRITICAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Active dialogue with business partners to find opportunities and influence decision makingDevelop, maintain and enhance analytical models to determine optimal profitability/financial impact of commercial initiatives and present findings to executive managementProvide analytical insights and recommendations to enable continuous, measurable improvement of company initiatives.Analyze the overall business, perform root cause analysis, and identify best practices.
