Contract Administrator - (Waunakee, WI)

InterCon is currently seeking an experienced construction Contracts Administrator to maintain standard form construction contracts; prepare project specific construction contracts and exhibits. Provide contract administrative support to development team during pre-construction and construction process. Provide legal administrative support to the legal team. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Prepares bids, process specifications, per requirements, reports, and other exhibits that may be required. Reviews and manages varied bid documents, including both electronic and physical file management. Develops and prepares regular reports on the status/schedule of contracts.
