Administrative Assistant - (St Petersburg, FL)

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible to support the Chief Details Security Officer (CISO) and team on day to day administrative duties. These assignments include: organization of meeting agendas and schedules, calendar coordination, monitoring of the email box(s), travel arrangements, assisting in large meeting logistics (booking of conference rooms, ordering lunch etc.), Coordination and maintenance of staff desk location records, emergency contact lists and organization charts, and greet and escort visitors and customers.Key skills Superior written and spoken communication expertise Able to plan, organize and prioritize with minimal supervision Intermediate Ms word and PowerPoint background Adept issue solving, details gathering and details monitoring ability Attention to detail, accuracy
