Mold Setter - (Conyers, GA)

Title: Mold Setter Position: This position works in a team of three who is responsible for the changing out and the maintenance of the molds in our EPS presses. The hours are typically 4am to 12:30pm Mon – Fri and overtime is often available during the week depending on the work load. The mold setters replace up to four molds a day between 4am and 7am. Once the molds are removed they are responsible for tearing down, cleaning, replacing broken parts, and reassembling the molds as needed in preparation for the next production run. The starting pay is $15.03/hr with raises to $15.82 and $16.61 within the 1st year based on training criteria. The position is ideal for someone with basic mechanical knowledge but little background in a plant environment. It is considered an entry level position to the maintenance department potentially leading them into a future plant mechanic position at higher pay which you are already searching applicants for. Education: Not required; preferred.
