Software Implementation Consultant - (Austin, TX)

Iconixx Software is seeking an energetic, customer focused individuals to implement our complete suite of Compensation offerings. As a Software Implementation Consultant, you will be part of a growing, dynamic team responsible for the high-quality, complete implementation of our core Sales Performance Management (SPM) and Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) products. Our Software Implementation Consultants are accountable for all phases of assigned customer SPM/ICM implementations. Qualified applicants are self-starters with exceptional organizational and issue solving abilities who are highly motivated to provide excellent customer service and work well in a fast-paced, exciting customer facing environment. Ideal candidates will also possess a general knowledge of payroll compensation and/or sales performance and regulations. Main responsibilities: Coordinate and perform lifecycle of assigned implementation projects in compliance with Iconixx implementation methodology (i.e.
