IT Applications Consultant - (Madison, WI)

Duties & Responsibilities • Perform day-to-day operation and management tasks in an Exchange 2010, Office 365 environment • Support messaging environment by resolving incidents, requests and escalations in Remedy • Install and maintain messaging servers (Exchange, Proofpoint, UEM, AirWatch) • Plan, coordinate and perform maintenance activities on messaging related servers • Monitor availability and functionality of messaging environment for optimal performance • Monitor capacity and performance of messaging environment to identify future system upgrades • Perform system upgrades and updates • Test changes and updates in a stage environment • Troubleshoot system issues and perform problem analysis to resolution •
