Regional Operations Manager - (Chicago, IL)

AECOM is actively seeking an experienced, creative, highly talented Regional Operations Manager for immediate employment in Staunton, VA. This position will be a direct report to the Project Manager and Statewide Project Management Team. Collaboration with mid and high-level management staff for cohesive and efficient statewide operations. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:Acts as the primary point of contact, on-site, for the client agencyResponsible for the organizational management and direct supervision of the SSP, Floor Operations, Customer Service Center staff, Lane Closure Technicians, Area Incident Management Coordinators, and Freeway Signal Operations Engineers and TechniciansManaging the TOC Services budget, to include labor, direct costs and unplanned expensesAdministrative functions, including: invoice processing, shift scheduling, liaising with corporate management, staff recruitment, training, payroll processing, personnel performance reviews
