Senior Budget Program Manager - (Chicago, IL)

AECOM has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Budget Program Manager in Carlsbad, NM. The successful applicant will lead the 3 distinct annual budget exercises for delivery to DOE customer - Planning Year (Fiscal Year plus 1), Budget Year (Fiscal Year plus 2-6) and Life cycle Fiscal Years (Fiscal Year through FY2050). Each of these exercises requires the following duties: • Develops budgets with varying degrees of complexity and applies advanced principles and concepts in a comprehensive and accurate manner. • Develops processes, guidelines and procedures for budgeting, planning, scheduling, and EVMS systems. Evaluates new budgeting techniques and software. Participates in the establishment and maintenance of databases to be used in the preparation of budgets. • Supervises and oversees the preparation of budgets ensuring all aspects of activity scope are understood and priced.
