Netsuite & IT Manager Based in Petaluma, CA, we are a growing Fair Trade and compostable product manufacturer focused on sustainability, conscious living and reducing our carbon foot print. Currently, we have an excellent opportunity for a Netsuite IT Manager to join our IT team.What You Will Be DoingEvaluate current Netsuite implementation for current business processes. Customize screens, fields, workflows, scripts etc. for account management, order management, sales, lead generation, pipeline, customer service etc.Create dashboards, KPIs and reporting for departments such as sales, logistics, order management etc.Ensure data integrity within Netsuite such as customer records, contact data, item specifications, pricing and for other entities/records. Remove/inactivate functionality not needed.Manage e-commerce and website; integrate with Netsuite Advanced Suite Commerce and other third party tools.
