Able to work multiple crews on multiple tasks2. May work on small project by self3. Certified Crane Operator5. Plan work with Superintendent6. Experienced in all phases of bridge construction 7. No supervision needed 8. Complete task on time and budget 9. Discipline employees as needed 10.
