Senior Estimator - (Bonduel, WI)

Senior Estimator Position assignments include: " Establish and maintain relevant and competitive "Book" pricing " Provide an efficient process for providing detailed quotes " Identify opportunities and implementation strategies for estimating process improvement " Improve quote relevancy " Reduce quote lead-times " Establish template pricing with BOM's " Train and mentor junior estimators - direct contact required Salaried- exempt, wage is negotiable based on background. Work hours are Monday through Friday day shift. Some overnight travel may be required. Job located in Bonduel. Position responsibilities We are currently looking for an experienced Sr. Estimator who has excellent customer service and communication expertise. Background with fabrication, construction and sign installation and on-line estimating is REQUIRED. Applicant must be a flexible team member, highly organized, and have background with estimating software and computer applications.
