Prepares cost estimates by analyzing proposals and requirements. Estimator Job requirements: - Review and understand all bid documents and assess project risks. - Landfill capping and construction and Streams/Wetlands construction/restoration estimation background a PLUS! - Coordinate final pricing/proposal review operations manager and executive team. - Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management - Determine workflow sequencing and prepare project schedule. - Review project plans, requirements and specifications. - 5+ yrs background estimating large civil earth-moving projects - Conduct site walks and customer meetings. - Advanced level MS Project and Bid Software background - Perform and verify accurate quantity takeoffs. - Analyzing Info, Estimating, Planning, Reporting Research Results, Strategic Planning, Requirements Analysis - As required, prepare and/or coordinate written submittals to support proposal/estimate.
