Consumer Account Representative - (Grand Rapids, MN)

Lake Country Power has an opportunity for a full time Consumer Account Rep in our Grand Rapids, MN office. This position is for a cashier/receptionist. Key responsibilities are assisting members with electric bill payments; maintaining an accurate cash drawer; creating bank deposits; updating member account records; assisting cooperative members with other questions and inquiries. Candidates who are qualified must have two years post-secondary education, or 2-five years of related billing work background. Qualified candidates must also have extensive background in direct customer service, conflict resolution, Microsoft computer applications, and excellent verbal and written correspondence abilities.
