Now Hiring: Line Cooks! Candidates should have professional kitchen background, including working a hot line and grill. Assignments include : Cooking and preparing all menu items in accordance with standards set by the Chef Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food on the line Food preparation and portioning prior to service Maintaining a clean and sanitary workplace atmosphere Expertise to lift 60 pounds and stand for long periods of time Background in a full service restaurant is desired, as is basic understanding of Spanish. Must have a flexible schedule. Pay is commensurate with background. Wage range is from $13 to $17 an hour.
