Job DescriptionBaronHR Technical is recruiting for a Contract Recruiter (non – technical) to work for a large company in the North County area of San Diego.Longterm contractMust work on siteResponsibilities: This position works closely with our HR business partners to create a positive candidate background, act as a valuable resource, and collaborate seamlessly across multiple client groups.Partner with hiring managers & HR Business Partners to develop a sourcing strategies for budgeted and replacement positions;Ensure an outstanding candidate background through consistent follow up communication and feedback to all parties involved;Assist in the development of recruitment programs, strategies, plans, budgets, and collateral, such as brochures about the organization and our opportunities;Maintain candidate tracking system (ATS) and identify future talent pipelining opportunities for key positions.
