Human Resources Generalist - (Gainesville, FL)

SIMED is currently seeking an energetic individual to join our HR team as a full-time HR Generalist. The HR Generalist will primarily be responsible for overseeing our recruiting efforts including applicant outreach as well as data analysis. Additionally, the HR Generalist will supervise our PRN staffing pool and placement of our PRN staff, and assist our management team with personnel issues that arise. Although this position will be based in our Gainesville office, the HR Generalist will also provide support on a weekly or bi-weekly basis to our Ocala and The Villages offices locations and appropriate transportation will be required. Although we prefer someone with previous Human Resources background, if HR is their passion, we are willing to train the right person. Some of the duties include, but are not limited to: Recruiting: Staff analysis to ensure recruitment efforts are approved and appropriate.
