Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) - (Los Angeles, CA)

TrueCar is looking for a Software engineering Engineer in Test, who will be responsible for performing all various Quality Engineering functions, which include, planning, strategy, tool development, test execution and reporting for all layers of our tech stack. This applicant will want to be a part of an excellent team of engineers and maintain consistency within our QA and release processes. ABOUT THE JOB: Build out infrastructure and contribute to the architecture of our automation platform for our web interfaces, API, and data pipelines. Create and maintain suite(s) of automated tests from planning to implementation for web, API, and Data ProcessesBuild out CI-based Test job that are kicked off when change is introduced into our testing and development environmentsExecute the testing of applications at various stages throughout the development processDesign tests to ensure adherence to functional requirementsParticipate in the improvement of our processes
