HRIS Analyst in Boca Raton, FL at SBA - (Jacksonville, FL)

Position summary:The HRIS Analyst is responsible for the support and maintenance of the HR Details System, which includes the management of the organizational structure, master data of employee records, testing of system changes, process enhancements, data quality, HRIS analytics, and reporting. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Assist the Human Resources department with projects through researching, compiling, computing and analyzing data. Research is organized and presented with recommendations based on findings.Review quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, propose solutions, and take action to ensure integrity in systems data and processes.Develop standard and custom reports and meet reporting requirements.Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools. Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs.
