Technical Business Analyst - (Jacksonville, FL)

Job DescriptionJOB SUMMARY:The Technical Business Analyst works with Product Management to define solutions for required product features, eliciting and documenting qualifications, performing required impact/workflow analysis (use cases, UML diagramming, etc.) and designing the user interface. The Technical Business Analyst will work within Agile Scrum teams acting as the Product Owner within the Agile Scrum process, addressing the day to day needs of the development team around qualifications. The Technical Business Analyst paints the vision of the feature for the team and breaks down the work into user stories, guiding the Software Engineers and QA analysts to ensure deliverables meet the required business needs.The Technical Business Analyst serves as a source of knowledge for other departments in the company regarding Greenway s product designs and our users needs.
