Network Engineer - (Newark, NJ)

DescriptionThe RealReal is looking to hire an experienced Network Engineer. This position will be responsible for management and maintenance of the company's LAN/WAN environment and VOIP contact center system. It will include oversight of the daily upkeep and administration of the company's distributed network infrastructure. Position is 60% in Secaucus New Jersey 40% in Manhattan with occasional travel to remote offices in other states.Responsibilities: Develop, design, analyze, modify, implement, document, enhance and maintain corporate network and our VOIP Cloud/local infrastructure Serve as the technical lead on all network related topics and new sites implementation Resolve production issues minimizing system down time, and ensuring that the network is operational. Proactively identify and correct network issues, bandwidth bottlenecks, and upgrade both IOS and hardware as needed. Recommend enhancements for corporate network design and components.
