Transactional Attorney - (St Paul, MN)

The Office of the Minnesota Attorney General is accepting resumes for an attorney to represent state agencies in transactional matters. The attorneys would provide legal representation to state agencies with respect to public financing and bond issues; private equity investments; leases, licenses, and contracts, intellectual property matters and other transactional matters. Requirements: Our selection process is competitive. Candidates should have outstanding research and issue solving skills, good judgment and character, and have the skill, commitment and work ethic to represent the public effectively. Candidates should also have relevant transactional background. If you have Federal Direct Student Loans (or other federal loans that may be consolidated into a Direct Consolidation Loan), your employment with this Office may qualify you to have your student loans forgiven after a period of service and payments.
