Legal Assistant - (Santa Fe, NM)

The right applicant will: Provide administrative and secretarial support for the legal department as well as other departments. The position necessitates non-routine correspondence and assembles highly confidential and sensitive info. KEY FUNCTIONS: Maintain and coordinate Outlook calendars for multiple staff members. Schedule travel, conference calls and meetings. Effectively communicate and interact with other law offices. Organize and maintain electronic and hard copy files completely and accurately. Transcribe details and send out correspondence on behalf of the legal team. Responsible for filing systems and document management to include investor document tracking. Must have expertise to be flexible and manage multiple deadlines. Assemble document packets and prepare for signature. Provide general office support including ordering office supplies, invoice coding and creating check requests.
