Job DescriptionBliss Lawyers is seeking an attorney to work in the Jersey City, NJ office of a boutique law firm. Candidates who are qualified will have at least 5yrs of transactional background. Background in securities, capital markets and venture capital is preferred. The attorney hired for this role will be responsible for drafting, editing and negotiating key corporate, commercial real estate and operating agreements, and providing support as needed and working collaboratively with the general counsel as well as department heads, executives, and staff. Admission to the New York and/or New Jersey Bar is required. This is a full-time, direct hire position with the firm. Interviews will begin as soon as applicants who are qualified are identified.
