Corporate Paralegal - Part-timeThe applicant will be responsible for helping to mitigate the Foundation s exposure to legal liabilities, by providing assistance with reviewing, drafting, revising, and editing contracts entered into by the Foundation. Responsibilities include reviewing proposals and contracts for potential risks and liability; working with internal staff and external 3rd parties on contract negotiations; creating and managing legal contract templates; maintaining electronic and paper file records of executed contracts; working with the Foundation s outside legal counsel as needed; and assisting with other projects. Must have a Bachelor's degree, with a paralegal certificate. Should have 5+ years of corporate paralegal background; an equivalent combination of education and background may be considered. Should have knowledge of nonprofit, corporate and contract law and regulation, with expertise to interpret its applicability to facts.
