Litigation ParalegalThe applicant should have 5+ years of Paralegal background. Must be proficient in: Pacer and Westlaw, Word, Microsoft excel, Outlook, and Client/Data Management Systems, drafting and proofreading pleadings, filings and discovery, calendaring Court deadlines and reminders, scheduling and coordinating depositions, mediations and hearings, Proficient in all aspects of trial preparation. Must possess : comprehensive understanding of Rules of Civil Procedure, strong Internet research skills, strong writing and communication abilities, strong management skills and expertise to work in a quick paced environment, excellent people skills in order to professionally interacting with clients, co-counsel, and other members of the legal community.
