Immigration ParalegalThe applicant will perform client intakes; analyze case documents; work with attorney and other teammates in establishing case strategy; prepare and draft immigration applications, including support letters evidencing eligibility, for filing with federal agencies; communicate with employer clients and foreign nationals; and, stay current regarding procedural and processing qualifications for various types of non-immigrant and immigrant petitions. Should have an interest in immigration law and a serious interest in longterm employment.
