Position overview Replenishment BuyerThe Replenishment Buyer position is responsible for executing the transactional process of procuring repeatable goods and services. They will be responsible for the accuracy of purchase order data in the ERP system, expediting orders as necessary, ensuring timely delivery of orders to our warehouses or customers as required, and resolving discrepancies related to purchase orders to our vendors. · This position will report to the:BSC Purchasing Manager · Travel Requirement: no travel required for this role · FLSA Status: Non-exemptWhat You’ll Be Responsible For Essential duties and contributions Process Purchase Orders ensuring accuracy of order. Expedite orders as necessary. Communicate any gaps in purchase order fulfillment to expected delivery date or quantity to responsible Inventory Planner to properly manage exceptions to plan.
