third Shift Supervisor for Care Givers (10 pm to 6 am) Posted: January 12, 2018 SUMMARY OF DUTIES: An employee in this position supports the Director of Resident Care (DRC) and ensures proper resident care is provided by the Direct Care Partner to residents in a Home for Aged (HFA) Assisted Living and Memory Care environment and is responsible for monitoring each resident’s individualized service care plan. Employee of this job work under the supervision of the Director of Resident Care. This employee is a working supervisor and responsible for his/her shift duties as well as specifically assigned duties as directed by DRC.
