Consultant Site Veterinarian Global Ops - (Fort Dodge, IA)

Responsibilities This challenging R&D position is responsible for a broad variety of activities as a Site Veterinarian for the Veterinary Services facilities applying a unique combination of one\u2019s veterinary education, ability, and background together with people and leadership skills. The veterinarian will provide critical, specific technical resource and technical leadership for the Global Operations team as a Site Veterinarian. 1 will meet all needs at the site for veterinary, (especially clinical), ability including experimental design, all veterinary aspects of research protocol execution, recommendations and implementation of veterinary health programs, USDA compliance (including animal welfare act),AAALAC qualifications, veterinary diagnostics, treatment, and gross pathology, and emergency veterinary care. This must be accomplished by hands on engagement and skilled collaboration.
