Should have working expertise of the mechanics of closings, including preparation of closing statements and disbursement of funds. Must have superior communication abilities. Should have excellent technical skills and be familiar with case management programs and Outlook. Should have working expertise of DoubleTime, TitleWave and Simplifile.
