A Global leader in Food Manufacturing has an open position for a Sr Food Scientist/ Food Engineer. This position provides functional product development/food science leadership to support the delivery of North American product value engineering initiatives. The projects will go from the discovery phase, through to testing, finishing with implementation of cost optimization changes on existing brands. Responsibility: Actively build ideas of cost saving opportunities for ingredients, finish products and processes.
