Job Description JOB DESCRIPTION:Primary Support Role for the Manufacture of Precision Ink Jet Printheads. Develops, implements and maintains methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, subassemblies and final assemblies. Interfaces with design engineering in coordinating the release of new products. Responsible for tooling and equipment required to achieve the most robust, cost effective manufacturing solution for new product integration or in support of continuous improvement efforts on existing products and processes. Responsible for the successful transition to Manufacturing and Sustaining Engineering. Knowledge - A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization; resolves a broad spectrum of issues in x creative ways. This job is the fully qualified, career-oriented, journey-level position.Job Complexity - Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
